Description
"It reminds me of the way that God walks with us, over bumpy road that we can’t fully see, where many things could easily make us stumble, and he leads us to a place so glorious we can’t even imagine. And all he asks is that we take his hand. I’m also reminded that we come empty handed, without a single tool or survival item. It’s entirely trusting on the one guiding to provide for our every need."
Lindsey, the wife and mother of the boys in the painting and a good friend of mine said this when I showed her the painting. A beautiful description. The painting is from a photo i took while on vacation with the family i nannyied for. We all enjoyed hiking in the beautiful Sedona countryside. I so appreciate being welcomed into and being a part of their family.
